Learning from COP28 and I-CAN and other recent developments: which products, production and supply systems can we recommend as climate neutral or positive, considering both Green House Gas emissions and their ability to capture carbon, and improve biodiversity in different contexts? To what extent can plant based diets meet these nutrition requirements? Can smart combinations be made, and how does this link to other areas concerning climate and nutrition?
